Rolanberry Matcha Latte

Okonomiyaki

A popular dish that is very similar to a savory pancake. Fried noodles, shrimp, cabbage, and caramelized onions are layered between two crepes; then it is topped with Kafe sauce, tangy mayo, dried seaweed, and bonito flakes, and topped with a sunny side-up egg!

Kushiyaki

Nori Bento

Steamed rice, katsuobushi bonito flakes, roasted nori, deep fried white fish, Chikuwa Isobeage, and Kinpira Gobo.

Wagyu Steak Bento

Indulgently tender pieces of wagyu steak served with roasted asparagus, roasted wood ear mushrooms, sauteed spinach, roasted garlic butter Brussel sprouts, and wonderfully vinegary red cabbage.

Tempura Doburi

This hearty rice bowl contains various fried vegetables, including a fried soft-boiled egg! Eggplant, zucchini, popoto, long beans, okra, carrot, cauliflower, and a fried soft-boiled egg create the bounty of this rice bowl. This is to encourage a bounty of good fortune and wealth for the new year.

Ten Donburi

A favorite classic rice bowl is the fried shrimp bowl! Large, plump shrimp are carefully covered in seasoned batter and deep-fried to a golden brown. While the outside is nicely crispy, the inside remains bouncy and juicy.

Kakiage Tempura Don

This rice bowl features a deep-fried vegetable fritter made of onion, carrot, and scallions. It is joined by kabocha, eggplant, green bell pepper, and shrimp tempura. The bowl is topped with a sweet and tangy soy-based sauce.

Kakuni Don
